Hey everyone! ~Cassie-Drey has let me know that a fanbook is in the making, and everyone can get involved! To make it clear, the group is in no way running or organizing this event, so if you need help, go to ~Cassie-Drey!

We're making a fandom-wide fanbook! We're accepting fanart, fanfiction, cosplay, and graphic design edits. People of all skillsets are welcome, we want your stuff!

Our stand-in titles is 'Ultimate Pandora Hearts Fanbook.' If anyone has any title suggestions, please do tell what they are in the comments, as I would love to hear it!

We're also thinking of getting this book printed. I will be starting a Kickstarter page once this fanbook is completed, as we need to know how long the book is and how much it will cost to print before a Kickstarter is launched. Contributing to the Kickstarter will purchase you a copy of the book!

This book will also be available for free online download upon completion!

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

accepted file formats: docx, doc, rtf, txt, PNG, PSD, JPEG (must be high-clarity!), SAI

~Please email ALL SUBMISSIONS to MatrixofFootprints@gmail.com with ‘Pandora Hearts Artbook Submission’ somewhere in the subject line. You work will not be added to the book unless you submit it to this email.

~Please make sure you use the forms available for download below to submit your work, rather than linking it to me in a comment or messaging service that isn’t listed below. You work will not be added to the book unless you submit it to me with one of the forms.

~Please bundle all of your work into a .zip or .rar file with the form, even if you’re only submitting one piece.

~If you’re submitting for more than one media type (like fanart and a fanfiction) you must have separate .zip or .rar files for each media type.

~If submitting more than one file at once/a collection, please label your file names after the title of your piece, to avoid any confusion, especially for visual work.

~All images must be 300 DPI/PPI (resolution) or higher. If you don’t know what resolution is, read this. All images also must be high-quality (clarity wise, not art skill wise).

~All fanfiction may be a maximum of 20,000 words—this is about 15-20 pages. You may submit oneshots, novellas, anthologies, and minifics. Your work will not be accepted if it exceeds 20,000 words (sowwy!). If you don’t know what your wordcount is, This should help.

~NC-17 content is barred. Sorry kiddies, I don’t wanna get arrested! D: However, suggestive/teen-rated themes are fine.

~For large files that exceed email attachment limits, you may upload your work to Mediafire or another website that doesn’t require me to sign up to download things. If you are submitting via download, please link the download in the comments.
